Cancellation and Refund Policy

CANCELLATION

In normal Situation Cancellation of Appointment made is Not allowed. But in exceptional cases if Cancellations reasons and justified 50% of the amount will be returned. But such cancellations must be made at least one hour before the scheduled consultation time. 

POSTPONING APPOINTMENT 

Postponing of appointment is allowed if prior request is made by the member on mail / whattsapp. 

HOLD FOR FUTURE

The cancellations can be opted for Hold fopr Future Option and the Booking Amount Shall be kept for 12 months in the account of the customer. 

REFUND

Refund of cancellations amount shall be made in 7 working days after the cancellation date. 

Refund shall be made through bank transfers. No can transactions are allowed.
